Corned Beef – Vegetable Patties
Mrs. H. Takata – Kawailani
- 1 can corn beef
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 egg
- 1 medium size carrot, grated
- Any other left over vegetables like beans, broccoli, celery, etc.
Mix all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Make patties and fry in bacon fat, or oil.
