Corned Beef – Vegetable Patties

Mrs. H. Takata – Kawailani

  • 1 can corn beef
  • 1 c bread crumbs
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium size carrot, grated
  • Any other left over vegetables like beans, broccoli, celery, etc.

Mix all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and ajinomoto. Make patties and fry in bacon fat, or oil.
