Chicken Fricasse

  • 2 lbs. chicken thighs
  • ½ cup flour
  • Fat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cans vegetable soup

Salt and pepper chicken thighs then dredge in flour. Fry in deep hot fat until a deep golden brown. Place thighs in a round casserole and pour vegetable soup over chicken, pressing down so it covers chicken. This will make a thick sauce when chicken is done. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour.
