Hekka Sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup shoyu
- 2 level Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup mirin (sherry or sake)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Make sauce in bottle, shake and refrigerate until ready to use.
