Chicken Broccoli Casserole

- 3 cups cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 pkgs. (10 oz. ea.) frozen broccoli, cooked
- Slivered almonds
Cut chicken into large pieces. Combine soups, broth, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and water chestnuts in mixing bowl. Place a layer of chicken, cooked broccoli and 1/2 the soup mixture in a large casserole. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle slivered almonds over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Serve over steamed rice. Serves 12. Note: More curry powder may be used to suit your taste.
