Bubbly Punch

  • 1 10-oz pkg frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 6-oz cans frozen daiquiri mix
  • 2 cups light rum
  • 3 4/5 quart bottles cold duck

Combine daiquiri mix and rum. Add ice ring very carefully. Pour in cold duck.

ICE RING: Pour water into ring mold to depth of 1 inch; freeze. Arrange berries and lime slices around mold; add enough water to anchor fruit to ice. Freeze. Fill mold with water; freeze solid.

Yield: 20 (5-oz) servings
