Sherry-Lime Flip

  • 1-1/2 cups dry sherry
  • 1 6-oz can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 7-oz bottles carbonated water
  • 1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • Green food coloring

Combine sherry and limeade concentrate; pour in carbonated water. Add sugar and 1 drop green food coloring. Freeze in one 6-cup of two 3-cup refrigerator trays for 8-10 hours or overnight (mixture will be slushy). Spoon into sherbet glasses to serve.

Yield: 10-12 servings
