Cranberry-Raspberry Fizz

  • 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 4/5 pint bottle champagne
  • 1 cup raspberry sherbet
  • Fresh mint leaves

Combine cranberry juice and wine; pour into glasses. Top each with a scoop of raspberry sherbet. Muddle slightly, if desired. Garnish each serving with a sprig of fresh mint leaves. Serve with spoons.

Yield: 4-5 servings
