Braised Beef Casserole

  • 3 or 4 lbs. beef stew meat, browned
  • Mix together 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and 2 cans onion soup
  • 3/4 soup can of dry Sherry

Put browned meat in casserole. Mix in two 10 ounce cans mushrooms including the liquid. Pour soup mixture over meat and mushrooms. Bake 4 hours in 300 degree oven. Serve with noodles or rice. Serves 10.
