Beef Mushroom Loaf
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- ¾ cup milk
- 1½ cups soft bread crumbs
- ½ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. (1½ oz.) dehydrated onion soup
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped mushrooms
- ¼ cup catchup
- 2 eggs, beaten
Pour milk over bread crumbs. Add ground beef, salt, pepper, soup, mushrooms and mushroom liquid, catchup and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Pack in a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Bake in a slow oven (325 degrees F.) 1½ hours. 8 servings.
