Beef Broccoli

  • 1 pound meat sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon crushed ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sherry or whiskey
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 pounds broccoli, sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Marinate meat with shoyu, ginger, sherry and flour. Heat 1 teaspoon wesson oil and stir-fry broccoli, add salt and water. Simmer until tender then take out. Stir-fry meat in 1 tablespoon heated oil for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and serve.
