Baked Chicken with Mae Ploy

  • 1 bottle Mae Ploy (sweet chili sauce)
  • 4-5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • flour
  • cornstarch

Coat 4-5 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs with one to one (1:1) mixture of flour and cornstarch. Place chicken on rack and bake in 450 degree oven for 1 hour (turn chicken over halfway of cooking time).

Dip chicken in Mae Ploy and enjoy.
