Stuffed Chicken Thigh Casserole
- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing – chicken flavor
- 16 boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- Garlic salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Prepare stuffing according to instructions on the box. Cool stuffing.
Spray vegetable oil on 9 x 13 glass casserole dish.
Season thighs with garlic salt and pepper. Flatten thighs. Put stuffing on one end of the thigh and fold. Place stuffed thighs in casserole dish. Combine cream of mushroom soup with Lipton onion soup mix. Spread mixture over chicken thighs.
Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for an hour or until done.
