Mexican Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef (Lawry’s taco seasoning may be added)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can ranch-style beans with chili sauce
  • Soft tortillas (4-5)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes with green chili

Layer tortillas in a dish. Saute beef and onions together and spread over the tortillas. Then layer beans, soup, grated cheese and can of tomatoes over the top. Bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
