Baked Beef Short Ribs

  • 5 ribs
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 to 1 c. catsup
  • 2 large red onions, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix all together; let stand overnight in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours before baking. Bake in covered pan for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
