Shrimp Roll

  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 pieces bamboo shoots
  • 6 water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 stalks green onion
  • ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg

Wash and devein shrimps and chop fine. Add ground pork, chopped bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, green onions, egg and seasoning. Mix all together and make into small balls. Steam for 10 minutes. Coat with batter and deep fat fry.

Batter:

  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1 egg
  • dash salt
  • ajinomoto
  • 3/4 c. water
