Steamed Pork with Cuttlefish
- 1 lb. pork, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 6 small cuttlefish – soaked in water, cleaned
- 1 chung choi – Chinese dry salted cabbage
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp. shoyu
- 1 Tbsp. whiskey or gin
- 1 tsp. sugar
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp. chopped ginger
Mix pork, and rest of ingredients. Steam over water about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle green onions, chopped fine over top. Serve.
