Butter Cookies

Baking Time: 15 minutes

Temperature: 350°

Yields: 100 cookies

• 1 lb. butter, softened
• 2 c. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 5 c. flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt

1. Cream butter.
2. Add sugar and beat well.
3. Add eggs, one at a time.
4. Add vanilla.
5. Sift flour and salt and add to mixture.
6. Put in cookie press or gun.
7. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 350° for 15 minutes.
