Brown Sugar Pecan Rounds
Baking Time: 7-8 minutes
Temperature: 350°
Yields: 10 dozen mini cookies
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped (coarsely)
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat egg in well.
- Sift dry ingredients and blend in.
- Stir in pecans.
- Drop by 1/4 teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
- Cookies will flatten and spread.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes at 350°.
NOTE: These are miniature cookies that melt in your mouth.
