Tuna Tofu Patties

  • 1 tofu
  • ½ cup dried mushrooms
  • 1 small carrot, chopped fine
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans tuna
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2½ tbsp. shoyu
  • ½ tsp. gourmet powder
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped fine

Soak mushrooms in water. When soft, chop fine. Squeeze excess water from tofu and crumble. Add all of the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased frying pan. When one side is golden brown, flip over the patties.
