Tofu Patties

  • 1 block tofu, mashed
  • 1 can tuna
  • ½ cup thinly chopped carrots
  • ½ cup string beans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • Dash of pepper

Mash the tofu into bowl. Add the tuna and vegetables. Add eggs and seasonings and mix. Make into patties and fry in oil until brown.
