Pork Roast with Miso
- 5 lb. pork
- 1 pc. ginger 2″ or 3″ mashed
- 2 cloved garlic (mashed)
- ½ tsp. ajinomoto
- ¾ cup miso
- ½ cup sugar
- ¾ cup shoyu
Mix miso, shoyu and sugar well in a large pot then add ginger and garlic and mix well. Place pork in the pot and simmer for 2½ to 3 hours until done and well soaked.
