Hawaiian Fruit Kabobs

Hawaiian fruits look attractive as a salad threaded on wooden skewers. Suggested fruits are bananas, pineapple, papaya, and grapes. The fruits should be cut in ¾” cubes and arranged alternately on skewers. One marashino cherry in the center of each fruit kabob would add a dash of bright color. Lemon-carrot dressing is a perfect complement on the tasty fruit kabobs.
