Okinawa Dango

  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 7 oz. milk
  • ½ tsp. oil
  • ½ tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, oil and vanilla. Combine dry and liquid ingredients. Mix until blended. Deep-fat small balls. Sesame seed may be added to dough before frying.
