Pork Chops and Potato Casserole

  • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 can mushroom soup

In an oiled casserole place alternate layers of potatoes and onions; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Season chops also and place on top of potatoes. Spread undiluted soup over all. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes covered; then uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Six servings.
