Pig Feet Filipino

  • 1 medium size pig feet
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • ½-¼ tsp. MSG

Cut pigs feet into pieces (butcher will do it). Put pieces in pot and add all ingredients. Simmer this until tender, but in the meantime if it begins to get dry add more water. If you are using a pressure cooker use ¼ cup water in place of 1 cup—cook for 20 minutes under medium pressure.
