Pork and Beans
- Ham Shank
- 1 can 8 oz. tomato sauce
- brown sugar (to taste)
- 1 pkg. small white beans
Add enough water to cover ham & set high to boil and lower to simmer for 1 hour. Put 1 pkg. beans – set to boil then simmer for 2 hours. 4th hour – add brown sugar and tomato sauce, taste, simmer till done.
