Pork Hash

  • 1/2 lb. ground pork

Chop Finely the following ingredients:

  • 1 small piece chung choi (washed)
  • 3 fresh shrimps (cleaned)
  • 3 dried mushrooms (soaked 20 minutes and stemmed)
  • 3 water chestnuts
  • 1 stalk green onion

  • 1 t shoyu
  • 1/8 t ajinomoto
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t oyster sauce

Mix all ingredients well. Place in a bowl and steam for 20 minutes. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
