Pork Hash
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
Chop Finely the following ingredients:
- 1 small piece chung choi (washed)
- 3 fresh shrimps (cleaned)
- 3 dried mushrooms (soaked 20 minutes and stemmed)
- 3 water chestnuts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 t shoyu
- 1/8 t ajinomoto
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 t oyster sauce
Mix all ingredients well. Place in a bowl and steam for 20 minutes. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
