Kamaboko Dip
- 1 Kamaboko (fishcake)
- 3 stalks green onions, chopped
- Dash of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 5 pieces of water chestnuts (optional)
- Ritz crackers
- Grate the kamaboko.
- Mix together the chopped green onions, grated kamaboko, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. (water chestnuts are optional).
- Serve on the Ritz crackers.
