Aburage Kim Chee

  • 2 pkgs. aburage (fried bean curd)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. shoyu
  • 3 tbsp. Japanese vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 stalks green onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seed
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  1. Cut aburage lengthwise into 3 pieces and slice into thin strips.
  2. Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Pour sauce over aburage a little at a time and mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill and serve.
