Mochi Chicken

- 5 lb. chicken thighs, cut in small pieces
Marinade:
- 2 large eggs
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. shoyu
- 5 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. mochi flour (mochiko)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 large clove garlic, crushed
- Chopped green onion (optional)
Mix marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for 2 hours or longer. Pan fry or deep fry until done, 5 to 10 minutes.
