Salt Salmon (Lomi-Lomi)

  • 1 lb. salt salmon
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 or 5 large ripe tomatoes

Scale salmon, wash and soak in water for three hours. Pull meat away from skin or scrape with spoon. Shred meat or cut in little pieces. Wash and cut tomatoes and onion in little pieces and add to salmon. One-half hour before eating, add ice cubes.
