Steamed Shrimp Tofu
- ½ block tofu
- ½ pound fresh shrimp chopped
- 5 water chestnuts chopped
- ½ pound ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. ginger juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ajinomoto
- 2 tbsp. green onions
Mash tofu and squeeze out liquid through cheesecloth. Combine with other ingredients and mix well. Place in deep dish and steam for about 30 to 40 minutes. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
