Korean Meat Patties
- 1 lb. ground round or meat of your choice
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. or more of salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper (black)
- ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1 tbsp. plus 1½ tsp. shoyu
- 1 tbsp. sesame seed, toasted and crushed
- 1 small clove of garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¾ cup day old bread crumbs
Combine all ingredients except ground meat and mix thoroughly. Add ground meat and blend, handle mixture lightly. Shape into six patties and broil. Serves six.
