Helen’s Baked Beans
- 1 No. 2½ can (3½ cups) Pork & Beans
- 1 link linguisa (portuguese sausage)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- ½ to 1 small (14 Oz.) bottle catsup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Pierce sausage with fork and cook in little water until water evaporates and sausage browns. Slice sausage and return to pan, fry onion in oil of sausage. Add beans and flavoring. Add catsup, mix together and bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
