Mandarin Chicken
- 2 lbs. chicken breast
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
- 1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Mix all sauce ingredients thoroughly.
- Marinate 2 to 3 hours. (Overnight if using chicken thighs)
- Broil till done.
