Spareribs

  • 3 lbs. spareribs

First Sauce:

  • 4 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 3-4 tbsp. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1 piece garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece ginger, chopped

Second Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp. shoyu
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  1. Boil the spareribs for 15 minutes.
  2. Marinate the ribs in the first sauce for 1 hour.
  3. Bake at 300° for 40 minutes.
  4. Take ribs out and sprinkle on the second sauce.
  5. Bake for 5 more minutes.
