Tuna Rice Casserole
- 1 can tuna
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Chinese noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped green or black olives
- 1 cup grated American cheese
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2-3 cups cooked rice
- In a saucepan mix the tuna, soup, milk and olives. Heat. Mix in the rice.
- In a baking dish that has been greased; add in alternate layers
a. tuna rice mixture )
b. Chinese noodles ) – Make three layers
c. cheese ) - Bake in a covered casserole for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Bake for five minutes more or until cheese is browned, uncovered.
