Easy Fried Noodles

  • 2 12-oz. trays noodles (chow mein)
  • ½ lb. char siu
  • 1 pkg. beansprouts
  • 2 carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
  • 12-oz. pkg. string beans sliced diagonally
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
  • 1 round onion, sliced
  • 2 stalks green onions cut into 1″ pieces
  • ½ lb. broccoli (optional)

Stir fry carrots, string beans, celery, round onion, green onion, and broccoli in a large skillet and mix together with the noodles and beansprouts.

Mix sauce and pour over:

  • 1/3 cup shoyu
  • 1/3 cup oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil

Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
