Easy Fried Noodles
- 2 12-oz. trays noodles (chow mein)
- ½ lb. char siu
- 1 pkg. beansprouts
- 2 carrots, cut in lengthwise strips
- 12-oz. pkg. string beans sliced diagonally
- 3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
- 1 round onion, sliced
- 2 stalks green onions cut into 1″ pieces
- ½ lb. broccoli (optional)
Stir fry carrots, string beans, celery, round onion, green onion, and broccoli in a large skillet and mix together with the noodles and beansprouts.
Mix sauce and pour over:
- 1/3 cup shoyu
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
Garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
