Burdock or Gobo Soup With Mushrooms
Mrs. Thelma Woo – Papaikou
- 4 to 5 stalks gobo
- Pork or beef
- Mushroom (canned or dried)
- 5-6 c. water
- Salt to taste
Scrape gobo and soak in water until clear. Boil pork in water for soup. Soak dried mushroom and add to soup. Season. Add cut up gobo and cook until tender. Serve hot.
