Abalone Soup With Green Mustard Cabbage
Mrs. Thelma Woo – Papaikou
- 1/2 lb pork bones, or chicken bones, liver, etc.
- 1 head mustard cabbage
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 can abalone
- Ginger root
- Dried mushrooms
- 4 c water
Put bones and salt in water and bring to boil. Add mushrooms and liquid of abalone. Cook for 30 minutes. Add sliced mustard cabbage stalks and ajinomoto. Cook 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 6.
