Zippy Guacamole
- 4 avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2-4 Tbsp finely chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
- 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped (1 cup)
Combine all ingredients except tomato; mix well. Season to taste. Stir in tomato. Serve with corn chip or vegetable dippers.
Yield: 2-1/3 cups
