Zippy Guacamole

  • 4 avocados, seeded, peeled and mashed
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2-3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-4 Tbsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Few drops bottled hot pepper sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped (1 cup)

Combine all ingredients except tomato; mix well. Season to taste. Stir in tomato. Serve with corn chip or vegetable dippers.

Yield: 2-1/3 cups
