Guacamole
- 2 fully ripe medium avocados, seeded and peeled
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp Red Chili Sauce or Fresh Tomato Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Corn chips
Mash avocado. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill. Serve with corn chips.
Yield: 1-1/4 cups
