Avocado Dip

  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp grated onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce

Combine all ingredients. Serve with crunchy raw vegetables. You may also add for variations a few crisp bacon bits; 1 tomato seeded and chopped; 1/4 cup canned green chili peppers; 2 Tbsp diced canned pimiento.

Yield: 2-1/2 cups
