Broiled Spare Ribs
- 5 lbs. barbecue spare ribs
- 1 cup shoyu
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¾ cup catsup
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
Boil spare ribs 1½ hours with a large piece of ginger and salt. Combine rest of ingredients. Add sauce to drained, cooled spare ribs and marinate 3 hours or overnight. Broil.
