Blueberry Cream Cheese Pie

Pie Shell:

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Sift dry ingredients into a 10-inch pie pan. Add butter and crumble together. Press firmly on bottom and sides of pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 12 to 15 minutes. Macadamia nut bits may be added to crust before baking.

Filling:

  • 2 blocks cream cheese (3 oz. size)
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box Dream Whip, whipped
  • 1 can Comstock Blueberry pie filling

Blend well cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and pour into cooled shell. Spoon blueberry filling over this starting from the outside working in. Chill several hours.
