Stuffed Fish

Mrs. Fusae Nakakura – Haina

• 2 small mullet
• 1 c bread crumbs
• ¼ tsp salt
• ⅛ tsp pepper
• ¼ c melted butter
• 1 tsp chopped pickles
• 1 tsp onions
• 1 T lemon juice

Clean fish for stuffing. Mix all other ingredients and fill fish. Bake or steam as desired.
