Stuffed Fish
Mrs. Fusae Nakakura – Haina
- 2 small mullet
- 1 c bread crumbs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- ¼ c melted butter
- 1 tsp chopped pickles
- 1 tsp onions
- 1 T lemon juice
Clean fish for stuffing. Mix all other ingredients and fill fish. Bake or steam as desired.
