Tuna Scallop

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 pkgs potato chips
  • 2 T Chopped onion
  • 1 T Chopped parsley
  • 2 cans chunk tuna
  • Milk

To can of soup, add enough milk to make 2 cups. Heat in saucepan. Add onion, parsley and salt.

Place one package of potato chips in bottom of greased casserole, then one layer of tuna and pour sauce over all; repeat. Top with crushed chips and bake in moderate oven for 30 min. (375° F) Serves 6.
