In A Jiffy Lunch

Mrs. Fumiko Segawa – Ilima

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can cream corn (small)
  • 1 can peas (small) with juice
  • 3 T flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Heat tuna in a skillet. Work the flour in the tuna well with a fork. Slowly add the milk until thickened. Add the corn, peas, salt and pepper and stir on low heat until hot. Wonderful for lunch served on toast
