Mochiko Chicken
- 2 to 3 pounds Chicken, deboned
- 6 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons Mochiko
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 7 tablespoons Shoyu
- 2 Eggs
- 3 cloves of Garlic, minced
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place chicken in bowl and stir. Marinate chicken for a minimum of 2 hours. Fry in oil.
