Mochiko Chicken

  • 2 to 3 pounds Chicken, deboned
  • 6 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 6 tablespoons Mochiko
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 7 tablespoons Shoyu
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, minced

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place chicken in bowl and stir. Marinate chicken for a minimum of 2 hours. Fry in oil.
