Pork Adobo
- 3 pounds Pork Butt or Chicken Thighs, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Pickling Spices (Insert in gauze bag)
- 1 Bay Leaf
Put meat in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and skim. Add rest of the ingredients and boil for a few minutes. Cover, lower the heat and simmer for an hour or until meat is tender.
